Paddy’s role covers pensions administration, technology, change, procurement, and supply chain management. A key part of his role is leading the organisation through change to support digital transformation and growth.
Paddy joined TPT from British Business Bank in 2024, with a background in change, technology, and operations. He has also spent time with KPMG and in the retail banking industry, with Nationwide Building Society.
